Wear-Resistant • Low-Stretch • High-Strength Polyester Slings Advantages:

● Ultimate Protection, Surface-Safe: Wide, soft webbing effectively distributes pressure, preventing scratches or damage to delicate equipment, coatings, or sensitive materials, unlike steel chains.

● Exceptional Strength and Reliability: Features extremely high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance for a long service life. Designed with a high safety factor (typically 6:1 or 7:1), providing extra safety assurance.

● Low Elongation, Precise Control: Compared to nylon, polyester has extremely low elongation under load (approximately 3%), enabling precise positioning and stable control of the load.

Lightweight and Corrosion-Resistant, Flexible Application: Extremely lightweight, significantly reducing operational labor intensity. Offers good resistance to mold, mildew, and most acids and alkalis, making it suitable for various environments.
At Mingxu Webbing Factory, we also offer custom polyester elastic webbing, as well as polyester webbing in 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, and more sizes. In addition, we provide automotive seat belt webbing. You are welcome to contact us for further discussion, and we will deliver customized solutions based on your specific requirements to meet your needs.

Applications

Widely used in precision machinery manufacturing, automobile assembly, wind power equipment installation, port logistics, construction, and any situation where the surface of the lifted object needs protection.

Why choose us

Our factory has established a comprehensive modern production system, from R&D to mass production. Twelve computerized jacquard looms ensure the precise and efficient rendering of complex patterns. Three large-scale yarn drawing machines, combined with dedicated sample machines, ensure rapid order response and stable mass production. Combined with automatic ironing and coding equipment, as well as seven sewing machines, we not only strictly control the quality of each process, but also provide customers with a one-stop solution from webbing to finished product stitching. Our production capacity is 1,500,000 yards of webbing. OEM/ODM orders are welcome.
From raw material storage and weaving inspection to finished product ironing, shaping, coding and traceability, and finally to the final full inspection, we set up layers of quality inspection checkpoints to ensure that every webbing meets 100% standards in strength, size and appearance before shipment. We are a reliable partner you can trust.

Wear-Resistant • Low-Stretch • High-Strength Polyester Slings FAQ:

  • 1. What are the differences between polyester and nylon lifting slings? Which one is better?

  • 2.What are the main advantages of polyester lifting slings?

  • 3. Is it really as strong as a metal chain?

A: Yes, high-quality polyester lifting slings have extremely high tensile strength, with safe working loads (SWL) ranging from 1 ton to over 30 tons. Crucially, it has a very high safety factor (usually 6:1 or 7:1), meaning a sling rated at 1 ton has a minimum breaking strength of at least 6-7 tons. Furthermore, it surpasses metal chains in terms to toughness, fatigue resistance, and not damaging the cargo.
  • 4.Can lifting slings be used outdoors or in sunlight for extended periods?

A: Yes, but prolonged unprotected exposure to sunlight is not recommended. Polyester has excellent resistance to mold, mildew, and UV rays, but continuous UV exposure will still cause it to age and its strength to gradually decrease. It is recommended to store or use it in a cool place or use a protective cover when stored or used outdoors for extended periods.
  • 5.What is the operating temperature range for polyester lifting slings??

A: The standard safe operating temperature range for polyester lifting slings is -40°C to 100°C. It is strictly prohibited to use them at temperatures exceeding this range or near open flames, molten metal, or welding sparks. High temperatures will severely damage the fibers, leading to a rapid loss of strength.
  • 6.How should lifting slings be inspected and stored after use?

A: Pre-use inspection: Before each use, the entire length of the webbing must be inspected for cuts, abrasions, chemical corrosion, high-temperature burns, transverse or longitudinal tears, broken stitching, etc.
Cleaning: Clean with water and a neutral soap solution. Do not use strong acids, alkalis, or bleach. Air dry completely; do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, away from heat sources, chemicals, and direct sunlight. Ideally, hang or lay flat; avoid prolonged folding and heavy pressure.
  • 7.Under what circumstances must the lifting sling be immediately taken out of service and scrapped?

A: The sling must be immediately scrapped and not repaired or reused if any of the following conditions occur:
The webbing surface has deep cuts, burn marks, or severe abrasion.
The webbing fibers are hardened, brittle, or dissolved due to chemical corrosion.
Any part shows localized damage, holes, or severe cracking at the seams.
The sling has been subjected to abnormal impact or overloading, even if there is no visible damage.
